Due to the nature of the product we do not offer returns, we may at our discression allow a return if any of the items are damaged. If you receive damaged items please email us at info@nxlashes.com

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Returning shipping cost will be at customers expense.

 

Patch Test: 

For NXLASHES ADHESIVE 

Using a cotton bud apply a small amount of lash adhesive behind the ear, preferably on the lower side as this is a very sensitive area and allow 24 hours to see if any reaction is occurs.

If any irritation presents, rinse the area thoroughly with cold water for several minutes to remove the product completely. If irritation continues please seek medical attention.

If no reaction please proceed with your lash application. Happy Lashing 💕

Discount codes are provided exclusively by Nxlashes Ltd. No Two separate discount codes/offers cannot be used used within one order. It is one discount/offer per order. Nxlashes reserves the right to remove any promotion/offer at any given time.

Service policy:

1st class Royal Mail, large letter - Usually received within 1-2 working days. Please note this is not tracked or signed for. We will not accept any dispute of any undelivered products. For reassurance of proof of posted you can message us on our Instagram: nxlashes within 1hour of placing your order and we will send a video clip of your order being posted.

2nd class Royal Mail, Large letter -  usually received within 2-3 working days. Please note this is not tracked or signed for. We will not accept any dispute of any undelivered products.
